At Simply., we want to be certain we are your ideal partners. We get to know you, learn who you are, what's important to you, and understand the feeling you hope to elicit at your celebration.

Identifying the intricacies of your event is vital to ensuring a seamlessly produced event, whether it be a small intimate meal or an expansive black tie affair. We consider the minuscule details, down to necessary permits, transportation, and possible contingency plans.

As we develop your unique design elements and itinerary, we'll mindfully consider lighting strategy and ambience, traffic flow, special day-of moments, and your unique guest composition.

Vendor Relations

Most couples underestimate the time, energy and focus vendor selection, communication, and management requires - which makes this service one of our most popular.

We remove the guess-work of vendor services, how contracts are agreed upon, and selecting the right vendor partners to guide and best serve you.

We intercept much of the administrative hassle you'd otherwise be fielding.

Day of Coordination

Day-of Coordination tops the charts of most popular service among our couples (and mother's of the couple).

It allows you a team to tackle the hard questions, direct vendors, guard the your time and space, as well as address the unexpected throughout the day.

With their industry wisdom, group of skilled coordinators, the team spans 30 years of expertise. They joyfully serve couples locally in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and across the US in Illinois, Wisconsin, Texas, California, as well as offer virtual services.
